Forse per prepararsi a un&#8217;eventuale difesa fondata su una momentanea incapacit\u00e0 di intendere e di volere.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; color: #000080;\">Grazie all&#8217;identikit diffuso dagli inquirenti &#8211; azione rivelatasi decisiva &#8211; <strong>gli uomini della Squadra Mobile capitolina, diretti da diretti da Luigi Silipo<\/strong>, lo hanno individuato nel <strong>quartiere Pineta Sacchetti<\/strong> (grazie a segnalazioni dei cittadini di quella zona), in casa dei nonni. A inchiodarlo anche le impronte digitali lasciate sul taxi dell&#8217;aggredita, ma anche le tracce elettroniche lasciate dal cellulare e alcune denunce per aggressioni analoghe nella zona.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; color: #000080;\">Borgese avrebbe avrebbe precedenti per reati comuni come furto, minacce e violazione di domicilio, ma alcun precedente specifico di violenza sessuale. Dopo la confessione, l&#8217;uomo \u00e8 stato posto in stato di fermo, in attesa dell&#8217;interrogatorio di garanzia del Gip e delle misure cautelari conseguenti.
